2014 Football. MDI vs Nokomis 9/6 Opening game for both teams. Nokomis took the lead 8-6 after the first quarter. The Trojans then scored the next two touchdowns to go ahead 20-8. The Warriors cut the lead to 20-14 and had the ball with under a minute to go, deep in MDI's territory, but get not get the touchdown they need. MDI goes to 1-0, while Nokomis is 0-1.
