Gardiner vs Nokomis Warrior Field Hockey 9/6/13 Great field hockey game between two of Eastern Maine Class B best. Gardiner opened the scoring in the first half off a goal from Madeline Reny. In the second half Mikayla Pelkey tied it up at 1-1. Then with five minutes to go Junior Meaghan Lovely scored for the 2-1 lead, and that is how it would end. Nokomis goes to 2-0 on the season while the Tigers from Gardiner drop to 1-1.
